We drove all night and they overbooked the Hotel so we had to drive an hour and a half to XalPa for another Hotel.

Disgusting hotel ever
It was absolutely terrible the hotel is disgusting I found the hotels towels stain and bed sheets were with blood I went downstairs to get clean towels the receptionist lady told me that they didn’t have more towels that the only thing she can was change the sheets. Pool is green all the property is nasty we had to spend the night there because it was a music even call Veracruz Salsa festival so all the hotels were sold out we didn’t have any other choice but it was the most horrible experience they my family had suffer in a hotel

No servía el clima, olía mal, había cucarachas ademas había mucho ruido . Llegué a las 21:30 pm y por todos esos inconvenientes me salí a las 2:30am, y creo que Expedia no se debería a prestar para esto ya que es carísimo casi pagar 3000 pesos para pasar todo esto y el.colmo que los encargados del.hotel y el dueño no hacen nada para solucionarlo
