Enrique made our whole stay wonderful! He took care of a bed request on arrival, in spite of a fully booked situation and was lovely, even sending champagne to our room! The hotel was on the perfect location, a minute away from Madeline metro, easy access to all areas of Paris. We walked nearly everywhere including Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and Louvre.
