The hotel is newer, and shopping, restaurants, and other food options are approximately 7–15 minutes away. The staff are all very friendly, and they have the best breakfast selection compared to all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. Parking is $42 per day, and it’s easy to find a spot. We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend it for another two days! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

The hotel was new. It was a month old during our stay. Very nice hotel but it was difficult to get the rooms clean, they clean the rooms every other day but they didn’t clean ours for three days. I had to go to the desk to ask for my room to be cleaned. My daughter and her husband‘s room was never cleaned, and the TV wasn’t working…Other than that, it’s a good hotel and priced right.

Property recently opened, so staffing the correct amount of employees was challenging. Only one bar and eatery with conflicting open times. Wash room has only 2 washers and 2 dryers for both Hyatt Place and Hyatt House at Hoopili. The week we booked was totally sold-out. We needed a handicap room, but wasn't able to get it. Breakfast buffet was available every morning and included with our stay. The breakfast was excellent. Upon check in, our room wasn't ready.

We really enjoyed our stay here! If your main goal is exploring Oahu without getting stuck in Waikiki traffic every day, this hotel is in a great location. While it’s not on the beach, the hotel is brand new, the rooms are spacious, and everything felt clean and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus each morning. The only downside is the parking fee, but that’s pretty standard for hotels in Hawaii. Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable home base to explore the island while avoiding the congestion of Waikiki, this is an excellent choice. We’d definitely stay here again!

I just wish I wish they would have a the breakfast would start earlier than 6:30 it'll be awesome it started like 5:00 5:30 that would be better some people have to be already in town by 7:00 a.m. so they would not be able to use this which could put a damper on there stay.
