Terrible stay
Extremely disappointed with the entirety of the stay. We arrived and the front desk weren’t welcoming and barely acknowledged us while checking us in. Thrust a card machine in front of us without explaining why (security deposit it turns out) and then were generally exceptionally slow, uninterested and in my opinion that’s rude.
The rooftop pool, which was one of the reasons we booked, was closed and we weren’t told in advance or on arrival, much to my dismay when I went up to enjoy it. The gym has a MAX capacity of 2 people(!) and the peloton bike which was a big advertising point in photos didn’t work.
We were woken up on both mornings at 6am by alarms in rooms that weren’t occupied, while you could hear the ice machine and doors slamming on all floors. All in all and given the cost, this is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time
