The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice although there was no basketball available at the pool. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfy and had to ask for bedding. The pillows were nice and soft, although small.

Check in was good. Hotel rooms were spacious, and bed was comfortable. One room did not have the door latch lock so was unable to lock door from inside. Both door key slots had issues. I had to go get my key rekeyed as it lost its code. Both rooms we had to swipe key twice and turn the door handle up to get the doors to open. Since we booked our hotel stay through Hotels.com we could not get receipt from the hotel when we checked out. We had to go on faith that the hotel was not charging extra since they would not print us a receipt.

This was a last minute reservation for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and the room was great as the younger kid slept in the fold out twin bed so there was no fighting over the 2nd queen bed. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The best part was that it was very affordable!

We had a poor experience checking in and first room provided was not cleaned, the second room we got, the bed was not made well, fold out sofa bed was extremely dirty covered in stains we did not stay. The hotel did agree to a refund through Expedia so I appreciate that but not a three star hotel in my opinion

The place is nice, quiet and most especially the price is affordable. The room is very clean and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and their service is great. The only comment I can say was I saw the staff (who prepared the food) when she’s transferring the bacon in the tray, she used her bare hand with no gloves on. She didn’t even used the tong instead… but we still enjoyed our stay.
