Front desk staff was more catering to Indian nationals vs US or foreign visitors. We had to reactivate our key card at least 15 times in our 11 day stay. They would comment that we deactivated the key by keeping it too close to the phone - we explained that it was in the wallet. They looked at us as if we are lying. They even came up to check and still didn't believe us. Housekeeping staff was extremely nice.

The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service.
