Worst hotel ever. The staff doesn't speak english (only the concierge can). Room service, and every other requests take million years.
I ordered salmon fillet which took an hour and half to get, eventually it wasn't warm at all, breakfast took an hr, eggs were cold and humus wasn't edible. I asked them to give me an ash trey, which took 40mins and transportation reserv for airport took an hr. Watch out for their 'Arabic time method'. I was confused rather i'm staying at a hostel or a hotel.
House keeping wasn't done either. I asked for house keeping at 15:00, went for a tour and came back at 23:00, still wasn't done. Also after the day, house keeping staff took my toothbrush and skin care products (which are mine, not the amenities) and requested products took nearly 2 hrs to obtain.
I will never go back to their chain, neither speak with any of their staffs, and definately would not recommand to stay. W Amman will open in Oct 2017, would be better to go there.
May their weird and inappropriate time method won't be applied to foreigners if there are in 'hotel' business, and try ur best to comfort us not urself, we are paying u guys to feel comfortable.
Oh and when i checked out, the staff (his name was Hammid) overcharged me with in room dining. If you want a tip, ask for it, not just scam ur customer by not giving any receipt, and charge extra. Do i have to know that by checking my email? U should know that's a felony. Shame on u
