This was the best hotel experience I’ve had. We stayed a few months ago, but it didn’t save my review I guess. The staff are amazing, literally 12/10 service. The location is fantastic, with a very nice beach and great food/drink options.

it was my first time in Tulum and I have to say it was incredible, the rooms were so beautiful and big we got the ocean view and let me tell it was breathtaking. the stuff was very friendly and the food and drinks were delicious. I would for sure stay there again..

I felt it was way too expensive for the property. Was not impressed. The breakfast was inadequate. A continental breakfast as offered at no charge with our room but I was charged $5 USD for ordering tea! Do not recommend this place.

It was an absolutely wonderful hotel!!! A boutique hotel, so fairly small which made it very quiet and peaceful. Our room, a king ocean view with a small pool ( I think all the rooms have their own pool) was just beautiful!!! Staff was awesome! We loved it so much we extended our stay 2 more nights and were still here!!! We will be back for sure🤗

We had a great stay at Tago. The rooms are very comfortable, amazing showers. The plunge pool can be a bit cold, but you’re steps away from the ocean. Very walkable, via the beach, to many beach clubs. We’d choose this hotel again.
