We were greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. Check in went easy. It wasnโt easily seen that you had to use valet parking at $57/night when I booked the room. The suite was comfortable and elegantly decorated. The first morning they had a conference next to the dining hall and it was difficult to find a table to eat breakfast. they were checking room numbers at the entrance to the dining hall, easier to find a table then. The elevators were slow and often full, even though there were five of them (the only knock down in stars). Sunday morning brought our departure, and we were met by a frustrated front desk clerk, but he still greeted us with a smile.

The elevators were only 2/5 working and it is not easy to just take the stairs. Breakfast was ok but at 9:30, they were out of everything. Location is great for sports stuff but I got sick of waiting for elevators.

My family of 5 stayed here. 3 of us were attending The Weeknd concert. We had our dog. There is no where nearby the hotel for dogs to go to the bathroom. Everything else was great, staff very wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was AMAZING!

I kept asking for room service and no came. And when room service came they just changed the garbage. No vaccum, no making the beds nothing. I kept asking for my room to be cleaned and nothing. I had to keep asking for towels and toilet tissue due to them not wanting to clean my room. I will never stay here again. I wish i could get my money back. Just the worst.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean, and the location was perfect for the weekend. We will be staying here again for any future trips to the area! The only complaint I would have is the hotel only does valet parking that is very pricey.

Embassy Suites Minneapolis
Embassy Suites Minneapolis. The location was excellent as it only took 3 minutes or so to walk to Target Field. The security for the hotel is excellent as well! It was super easy to check in and fast unlock other places. We had valet parking which was a luxury that I chose to afford because navigating in the city of downtown Minneapolis is crazy, so this luxury was well worth it! I have always loved the breakfast at Embassy Suites, but this particular location left something to be desired. The scrambled eggs were cold and dry. The sausage links must have been boiled in water instead of on a grill or in the oven. They had the texture of a hotdog. There was not enough seating for the amount of people having breakfast and the set up was so wrong and created over crowding and you could not even get to the omelet station or the hot cereal area. This is an area that needs to be focused on and remedies right away! The room was super nice and clean. I loved the tile floor that looks like wood! The bathroom was cool with 2 different doorways. The blinds were excellent for blocking out any light from the city. The small living room was great to watch tv in. I recommend this hotel for sure, but maybe do not have high expectations of their breakfast.

Well, the room was big. We had a corner king suite with a pull out bed. My kids were going to sleep on that, but once we unfolded the bed the room smelled of urine and there was a big urine stain on the mattress. The pillow provided for the pull out bed was stained and also smelled of urine.

Horrible customer service.
My stay was good. The soap dispenser was out of soap, but we only stayed 12 hours for a concert so not long enough for us to care. However, on Monday when checking my card, I noticed two charges of the same amount that for the same stay of one night. I called and had the unfortunate luck to get Scott on the phone. Who first jumped down my throat and told me off about not allowing enough time (only 1 business day) for the transaction to properly post to my account and before I could pose what i was calling about. I was calling to dispute the 2nd charge. I asked for a manager and dont believe I was transferred correctly so I called back. He picked up the phone and when i asked who i was speaking with he just atuomatically transferred me away again. Again, to the wrong extension. I called back a 3rd time and still didn't get a manager and was told to dispute my 2nd charge with my card provider. Scott said he was too busy to listen to my issue and provided the worst service I have ever experienced in my 42 years of life. If I was thinking of a return stay, that is gone after the most unpleasant interaction with the rudest human on earth. He should find a different job if he can't answer the simplest of questions with poise and during high traffic times.
