Room ok. Well-serviced with small kitchen, fridge, kettle and microwave! Spa great! Door key didnt work well though and issues with the safe. Reception not very helpful for tips on things in the area. Called beforehand also for advice with little info also provided over the phone..room for improvement!.

I have often traveled to South Africa on business and stayed at many hotels, but I have never found a place where the staff were as friendly as this one. The hotel grounds were large and it was nice to take a walk. The downside was that the bathroom door was the wrong size so it didn't close completely, and the shuttle service ran every hour, so the waiting time was longer than other hotels.
