Overall the apartment is quite, clean and spacious, close to bus lines/subway and worth the money you paid.
The kitchen is also a good feature to have. I just wish the manual is more detailed: even the property manager does not know how the safe works. And we never figured out how the drying function worked on the washer/drier combo.

The largest family Apartment was advertised as Penthouse style. It has a modern equipped Kitchen. Bring your own
Wine bottle opener. Food. 1 Double Bedroom. A SofaBed in the Living Room. Dining Table with 4 Chairs. 2 Shower Rooms. The Apartments should install Smart Televisions. Movie networks. Etc.
Also the Radiators should be maintained
to provide Heating if required.
The view overlooks Chancery Lane and Holborn Office type buildings.

We rented this apartment because it located close to the most famous landmarks. Apartment is small, but functional. Inside the apartment you can find everything you need for 3-4 days of stay. However, I would not recommend to rent this apartment if you are going to stay in summer time. It has no AC! This property is surrounded by office buildings, therefore it was needed to keep blinds inside apartment always closed and if outside temperature is high, you literally cannot rest.

Although the place was advertised as a family place(4 people can sleep), the foldable sofa in the kitchen was the most uncomfortable ever. Mattress was about 2-3 cm thick and the structure of the sofa was a horror story. Wavy and bendy, springy and noisy.
Kitchen table had 2 chairs, so no, it is not suitable or designed for 4 persons.
Floor is uneven, you can feel sometimes like going uphill…
I don’t know which materials walls were made of, but you could hear every little movement of people in the apartment next to us. Not to mention that every single night they were fighting and screaming. In general, sound isolation doesn’t exist.
When you get into apartment there are rules inside a booklet and in the bathroom which are pretty much written in a very uninviting manner such as :” if you stain a towel we will charge you three digit amount of pounds!” For the towel that costs few pounds max…
All this would maybe make sense if you were crashing at some student squat and not paying whopping price as if you stayed at the hotel.
All in all, overpriced, substandard and would not recommend it.

The apartment was spacious. The staff were nice and accommodated our early arrival needs. It was convenient to get to the King’s College on Strand and walkable to many iconic streets and places. We highly recommend it.

Lage war sehr gut, sowohl vieles zu Fuß erreichbar als auch mit Public Transport. Apartment selbst war wie beschrieben, groß und geräumig. Die Kommunikation vor Ort lief ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte am Sonntagmorgen ein Problem mit dem TV welches innerhalb von 15 Minuten behoben wurde.
Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, das ,wenn das Apartment im Lower Ground Floor ist, es praktisch im Keller ist und man nicht wirklich viel Tageslicht hat. Das hat mich aber nicht wirklich gestört, da ich viel unterwegs war.
