Excellent location, right next to the train station. Walkable to convenience stores, restaurants, shopping mall, etc. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the convenience of having a small refrigerator and electric kettle in our room. Wished the room was a bit bigger and had a better view. We found the breakfast buffet to be expensive and decided to eat breakfast in our room instead.

Highly recommend lunch in the basement of Aeon Mall Tokushima. Large room with table and two comfortable chairs, making it convenient to eat in our room. Great view from our room. Hotel staff were so helpful and accommodating. I was waiting on a package and when it didn’t arrive by 4pm on the day before check-out, they called the postal service who delivered it with a couple of hours. Wish the breakfast buffet was less expensive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location for starting the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Ideal first night accommodation for those doing bus and train to beginning of daily walks and back at end of day. With places to stay getting harder to find, and as much as $70/per person, two sharing a room here will spend about the same to stay in a very good hotel as other options. It is literally part of the main station complex. Get off the train from Osaka and you are there! No hassle. Stay for a night or stay for five days and walk 23 temples. Tourist information is 200 meters straight ahead with a great resources for Henros seeking to organize train and bus connections to, from and between temples.
