I recently stayed at Hotel Fauchon and was appalled by the service and conditions, which were nowhere near 5-star standards. Here’s why:
1. **Rude Front Desk Staff**: We were forced to wait **over 2 hours** to check in, with no apology. The woman assisting us was dismissive and unprofessional.
2. **Filthy & Neglected Rooms**: No housekeeping service on the second day. When we requested cleaning, we waited **another 2 hours**—nothing was done.
3. **False Advertising**: This hotel claims luxury but delivers **3-star service at best**. Dirty floors, poor maintenance, and zero accountability.
As someone who has stayed in **over 100 hotels worldwide**, this was by far the **worst experience I’ve ever had**. Avoid unless you enjoy wasted time, frustration, and subpar conditions.
