There’s complimentary breakfast. And the location is very close to everything- train station, food and dining. Recommending this B&B to friends and families. Will stay again - Ann (California)

Have to climb stairs

It is a B&B, not a hotel. To access it, you have to climb a staircase with your luggage. Then you can take an elevator to the next floor where the B&B is located. The room is very clean, but it is a bit noisy because it faces the street. The staff is very friendly.

Check in was easy and Anna was very helpful. Room wasn’t ready because we arrived early but Anna came back to give us the keys when we came back from Capri. Room was comfortable and very modern looking. The decor is very artistic. It was very clean and spacious although small. We stayed in Room1.

The hotel may not have stunning views overlooking the sea but it is in a very convenient location. The train station, the main square and the port are all within a 15 minute walk. The neighborhy is clean and pretty quiet, especially after 7 pm. The high traffic tourist area is about 2 blocks away, so you're far enough away to have some solitude but close enough to get to where everything is. The cleanliness of the hotel is astounding, 10 out of 10, and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Lovely stay in Sorrento

We had a tight itinerary for the three nights we spent there. Rosaria was lovely and welcoming. She made sure she left a small breakfast and juices in the refrigerator for us since we had early excursions before she made breakfast. Finally on our last morning we were able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. They recently updated the shower, and plenty of room to hang up clothes. Location was great, most points of interest was walkable. Just know you have to check in by 3:30!

Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Suite Resort, but it turned out to be nothing like the name or the photos promised. Instead of a hotel, it was more like an apartment, and even people outside were asking if it was a hotel. The room was in one of the apartments, and it was difficult to contact the owner. The issues in the room were as follows: • The bathroom and sink were dirty, and the drains were clogged. • The corners of the bathroom were moldy. • Instead of a coffee maker, there was only a broken kettle. • There was an uncleaned, plastic ashtray. • The room was small and impractical. • The breakfast and coffee offered were not up to the promised standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this place at all.
