I really enjoyed my stay here for over a week. Andre, who was really helpful helped me with local information and arranging me to pay by credit card regarding a couple of day tours. shervanna (if I've spelt her name correctly) was also very helpful. Beautiful hotel and very nice staff. Always very helpful with holding a bit of extra luggage when we were away to Galapagos and also getting us taxis to and from the airport. Also, they can arrange a day tour around Quito with an English speaking guide. We did 3 outings with Alexander who was really fun and knowledgeable about the area.
