"Hotel Nidwaldernhof was a little out of the way but totally worth it for the views from the restaurant, the incredible dinner and best breakfast buffet on our entire "grand tour of Switzerland" trip. The pillows could be replaced and the A/C was on the fritz due to the rain the night before. But the lodging was a great deal for the free amazing breakfast."

"Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The absence of air conditioning was a drawback. It was challenging to sleep in late September due to the heat. Opening windows led to mosquito issues, making sleep impossible. The fan in the room was ineffective in cooling it down."

"Great location. I loved the room and all the extras—clean room and comfortable bed. Luzern is a tourist city, so why doesn’t the hotel use English? I received 5–6 emails from you, and I couldn’t understand any of them. The self check-in system doesn’t work. We were three different guests, and all of us had to call for help. Also, there’s no soundproofing from the hallway —you hear everything and get woken up constantly."
