"The staff all go out of the way for you to enjoy your stay even to putting the heating on the last two nights as the temperature was a bit cooler. You will be very pleased with the facilities, comfy bed , nice clean facilities and a few mins walk from the town centre. I even enjoyed a sea view from my bedroom . Only drawback it is up a little hill not too far but if you have walking difficulties it takes it out of you a bit "
"The staff was amazing! The room was devine! The view was fabulous! The bed abd recliners were so comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone 😊"
"Hotel was welcoming, clean rooms. All staff was very pleasant. We had a room overlooking the Aqua garden (instead of a sea view). A very pleasant outlook.
The swimming pool is a weird design, slopes in from all sides.
Breakfast was buffet style, with a good selection.
On the first evening, we dined in the Bonsai Pan Asian restaurant, although not run by the hotel, it is accessible through the hotel lobby.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the food was excellent but a bit pricey. "
"Room was clean and tidy, staff were all very friendly. A special mention to Vinus who went above and beyond everyday. No problems at all when we needed to extend our stay when the ferry was cancelled."
"Really nice accommodation 10 minutes walk from the centre of Douglas. Easy parking outside for the bike, great staff team and a fresh cooked to order breakfast. "
