"This hotel was a great little find. Very affordable and comfortable. A business hotel so they had laundry service in Japanese public bath on site. Matsumoto is a cute little town and very walkable from the hotel. Also, the hotel is literally two blocks from Matsumoto castle, a great location."
"Rooms is clean and comfy.
The Onsen is okay, just too many people go for Onsen at night time.
Breakfast is good and lots of choice.
This hotel is good for family with kids.
Parking spaces is not enough.
"
"The room was lovely and had lots of complimentary items. Highly recommend the breakfast, very yum and the staff are very friendly. Convenient location to the Zengoji Temple too. "
"Very convenient to train station and bus terminal. Quiet location. There was breakfast and a restaurant, but we didn't use. We didn't use the Onsen either."
"Staff were all lovely, and very willing to help. They understood English very well and we're able to communicate to a good standard. The hotel is a brief walk from the Karuizawa train station, so it is in a desirable location for weary travellers. The room and bedding are comfortable, and an average size. The only negative I have is the use of keys for your room door. An upgrade to key cards would be something to consider for the future, and may also stop the need for handing in your key each time you exit the building (which I'm guessing is because of the key cutting service close by?)"
"Excellent staff and great location. Price was economical and excellent breakfast. Close to the station and within easy walking distance to most places. "
