BEWARE OF AWFUL ODOR
I travel with my dog, so I was put in a “pet room.” No carpet, ok, understandable. But it was cold, zero color or decor. Again, one night, whatever. However, THE ODOR WAS HORRENDOUS. It smelled like stale smoke, which made me sick to my stomach and triggered a migraine. Even my dog refused to eat. On top of that, the mattress was so thin, springs dug into my back. Even if I managed to fall asleep despite the smell, I was woken up being stabbed by springs. I was directed to a back door and felt hidden away, as I was not even permitted to walk down the hall with my pet. Pet friendly? They shame you for having a pet.

Extend your stay-yes please!
The staff here is really kind and generous with their time. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home for a short time. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment and it has been amazing having the space. Really a nice place with great people!

Vaping is smoking---- Sorry, but it is
The excessive smell of weed in the lobby is too much. Vaping is smoking & when the smell over powers everything else it's an issue. The morning staff had their vapes laying all around the breakfast area in the lobby. It's just too much.

2/10 Poor

I had high expectations for this non-smoking facility, but unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was very off-putting for a non-smoking space. The cleanliness was also a major issue. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned, with used soap and shampoo left from the previous guest, and the towels and rags had visible stains. The floors felt dirty and unkempt, and to top it off, I found leftover beer in the refrigerator. The environment outside wasn’t any better. There were people hanging around late into the night, drinking beer, which made me uncomfortable. The check-in process was equally disappointing. The representative wasn’t friendly, and to make matters worse, they charged my card a day before I arrived when they were supposed to charge me at check-in. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Stayed here w/ my daughter while touring UTK. Never have I stayed in a more disgusting place in my life. Linens and towels were old and stained. Floor was littered with hairballs, and there's no carpet in the rooms so you can hear your neighbors to the left, right and above. At night, it acted as some type of crackhouse. People yelling, playing music IN the hotel at all hours and outside acted as some sort of "crack house" with people hanging out in the parking lot all through the night. If you care about yourself and your family, I suggest finding another place to stay. Also, the staff at the front desk seem to never be around. @hotels.com - do yourself a favor and unlist this place as a place to stay.

Our entire room floor was sticky everywhere you walked, I saw staff taking out trash all piled up on the luggage cart. I would never recommend this dirt hole.

Just average. Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping never came to make bed, empty trash or check on towels. Hair from previous occupant was on the floor. One of the towels had stains on it. Bed was clean but very uncomfortable. “Breakfast” was coffee & granola bars. Not close to downtown Knox or UT, especially if during rush hour traffic. (20 min on highway). Would not recommend

This stay was very different from any others!
Upon checking in, I get to my room. The air wasn’t running, as expected. I try to turn it on. It does not work. I push all the buttons, nothing happens. So I call the front desk. Tell the assistant I cannot get the air to turn on. He tells me I’ll be right there. He gets there, works with it for about 10 minutes and finally gets it to come on. After explaining they do not have a maintenance man right now he just up and quit?! So that doesn’t explain why The complete front parking lot was blocked off upon arriving and almost all of the back except for one tiny area. I had to wait 10 minutes to park. Back to the room. I should have snapped some pics. I wasn’t going to be in that area more than 24 hrs. Cuz I was leaving the next morning, after checking out. Or I would have The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. It looked cracked all the way down. Maybe someone got mad idk? The shower was a nightmare! I understand the water filling up/not draining with the tub part running, and not the shower. But this time, even with the shower on it wouldn’t drain it all it either needed Traino or a plumber to look at it. It didn’t even start draining until you turned the water all the way off it just filled up and filled up with the shower running it felt so nasty just standing there with the water filling up and you’re trying to shower, I was trying to get out as quick as I could! The bed hurt my back then the next morning they were hurrying me out. Checkouts always been at 12, not 11!

Don’t stay here for the price.
Smelled awful. Likely people living there, loud arguing from guest's room next to us. Staff was accommodating to move our room which was quieter. Wouldn’t book there again. Worth about $20/night not what we paid.
