Poor guest service
First time staying at this property and we had a horrible experience. Someone had what seemed like a pool party with loud music until 4am. This is supposed to be a hotel to relax and sleep not for guests to have loud music after a certain time. My husband told the front desk and all that was said that they had an open investigations going.

They advertised a gym but I the wasn't working. The pool was not cleaned properly. Called maintenance twice because shower cold water was not working so they only had hot water, they "fixed it" but problem continued since the of old water flow was very scared compared with the normal hot water pressure on the other side. The personnel at front desk and cafeteria was polity friendly and tried to be helpful.

Avoid this hotel
Worst hotel service we have experienced. The room keys lost programming every other day and when asked if there was anything that could be done, the staff just shrugged and said that was normal and there was nothing anybody could do about it. The last day of our stay, we came to our hotel room late at night to find the door wide open, when asked about it, the staff said maybe the chamber maid left it open. The restaurant wait staff were apathetic and slow. You had to line up outside the restaurant to get in, even though the restaurant was often empty. The one day we came for early breakfast, they opened 15 minutes later than opening time.

EXCELENTE!!! Cómo había comentado planeábamos ir de paseo al Paso, Tx del 10-12 de ENER0 2025 y luego regresar a Chihuahua y continuar hospedados en el hotel SICOMORO.. pero estuvimos tan cómodos y estuvimos tan bien atendidos por todos y cada uno de los colaboradores del hotel que decidimos quedarnos en Chihuahua y seguir paseando y visitando a amistades y familia y seguir a gusto en el hotel que prolongamos la estancia hasta el día 17 de enero… estuvimos en total 9 noches… gracias nuevamente a todos los colaboradores que hicieron de nuestra estancia muy agradable; como lo he comentado en reseñas previas… para mi el SERVICIO, APTITUD, ACTITUD y la NO DISCRIMINACIÓN es lo primordial… y el hotel SICOMORO CUMPLE AL 💯 % con estos puntos…NUEVAMENTE A NOMBRE DE MI FAMILIA Y MÍO ( y obvio de mi hermoso y querido LUIS MIGUEL ( mi Mascota de servicio de soporte de apoyo emocional)) AGRADECEMOS INFINITAMENTE al hotel SICOMORO y sus colaboradores; Daniel, Natalia, Zulema, Uriel, Brenda, Mayra ( Gerente ) a los chicos del Restaurante Raul, Adrián… al chef ( excelente el servicio de desayuno buffet) en fin a todos y cada uno GRACIAS el apoyo para podernos hospedar y sentirnos como EN CASA… GRACIAS 🙏 Y HASTA LA PRÓXIMA.

EL MEJOR SERVICIO DE TODOS Y CADA UNO DE LOS COLABORADORES DEL HOTEL… como siempre maravillado con las atenciones y apoyo en todo momento… nuevamente un hotel familiar, agradable, personal altamente educado y cortes y lo PRINCIPAL para MI y mi FAMILIAR ( que necesita de apoyo de su ESAN ( mascota de servicio de Apoyo Emocional) TOTALMENTE “INCLUSIVOS e INCLUYENTES” CERO DISCRIMINACIÓN… FELICIDADES a la Señorita MAYRA gerente del Hotel por esa apertura y enseñanza a todo su personal… gracias estuvimos tan a gusto que en lugar de irnos a Cd Juárez y al Paso a continuar de vacaciones cómo teníamos planeado… decidimos quedarnos mejor en Chihuahua y seguir hospedados en Hotel Sicomoro 6 días más, por la excelencia en el trato y atencion hacia nosotros… muchas gracias!!!
