We were supplied with towels for just one person. Overall, satisfactory.
The front desk staff should be trained or drilled about how to respond to an emergency, in this case, fire alarm. There seemed to be no Wi-Fi connection to the fire services, and more importantly, the guests gathered in the front foyer when the alarm went off, should be briefed about what was going on with the emergency response. Hospitality also means the visitors should be comforted and made to feel safe. Information should be constantly updated. Otherwise, our stay was good.
