This is a lovely historic property, close in proximity to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The room and overall residence is clean, cozy and welcoming. The host, TJ is incredibly attentive and a charmer. Refreshments and Breakfast is top-notch. All-in-all, a wonderful stay.

This is an extremely unique, charming, historical property in a beautiful area which is just begging to be explored. The house itself warrants a longer visit to appreciate the care and attention paid to making it endlessly interesting, and TJ enhances the entire experience with his hospitality and knowledge. We stayed their rhe night of our wedding. The host TJ upgraded us and brought us martinis when we arrived. The place is beautiful and the view is spectacular. We had a personal breakfast experience with TJ the next morning. We had a lovely time. Also, it was a great value for the price.

We had a delightful time at this estate -- very different from just your cookie cutter hotel stay! TJ was an amazing host -- interesting conversation, yummy snacks and breakfast and just did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. The backyard is gorgeous and was lovely to relax in after we came back from dinner out. The interior of the home is magnificent -- so tastefully decorated with unusual, but beautiful decor.
