Breakfast was good. They had a good crowd. Air conditioning was good. The floors, bathtub had hair & dirt in it. Lighting was poor in the bathroom. Water marks on the bathroom sink/ cabinet, toilet. Lots of dust on top of the fridge

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. We get into our room after arrival and leave our luggage to go eat and run errands. We get back and start unpacking our luggage. My wife is in the bathroom area and she killed 8 very small roaches in a matter of a few minutes. We knew this was a huge issue because of amount in short period and they were so small. We went to the front desk clerk and she was very apologetic and allowed us to inspect another room for us to move, but on different side of property. We were scheduled to stay for 2 nights, so we were only given a refund for our second night and that's reason we stayed the first night. We did not go for the free breakfast because we didn't know how clean their kitchen was. We did advise the clerk that they needed a serious fumigation and thorough cleaning of their entire facility with all those baby roaches, there is an infestation roach problem in their hotel. We stayed in a different hotel the next night that was super clean and they also allowed to check in early with no extra charge. We needed some rest.

room was good, could tell there was a recent remodel completed. wife complained the vanity mirror wasn't as bright as desired for make-up application. also there is a step-up to the bath/vanity area that could be problematic as it was not marked.

we had to move rooms 3 times… didn’t even get to enjoy our stay first room the AC and toilet was broken, 2nd room the toilet and bathtub were disgusting i literally had to go to the lobby and show them pictures… the guy at the lobby told me someone would come in a hour to come see about the bathroom nobody came so i came back down there 2 hours later with a different tone and all of a sudden we’ve got ANOTHER room. sick SMH don’t book if you wanna save ur time and money there’s many more places around the area to book make this one ur LAST resort

Mold in rooms, we had to move from one, was too tired to keep moving, beds are nice, but the rooms are poorly arranged, they messed up our reservation, we reserved a downstairs room, and they did not save it, even though the room number was on the reservation. There was hair on the shower wall, in the refrigerator, and other places.

The first room rented to us had not been cleaned at all. The front desk blamed house keeping. The second room had blood on the sheets clearly not changed just remade the bed. Food in the fridge. Busted toilet paper holder toilet paper rolls on the floor. Dirty towels in the room. Floor was covered in trash. Food wrappers left on the night stand.

The place has been updated. We have been in and out there for several weeks as our house was getting remodeled. Some rooms smelled so terrible we asked to switch rooms which was done without trouble. I did buy air freshener since we were staying the whole week. When we extended our stay they charged us extra for early check in even tho we weren't checking out which saved them from having to clean. That made no sense and I've never been charged to extend stays on top of the room charge at a hotel before. TV was a challenge to work and they didnt send someone to fix as promised by a rude lady on the phone. Pool was clean and breakfast was a good cold assortment with fresh waffle option. Everybody we encountered was nice except one lady several times which is the reason for low score.

Room was clean but the extra pillow we requested was never delivered, and there was a crazy loud noise in the wall (we think it was related to hot water) that sounded like a plane taking off a few times each night (we called to ask about it but went straight to VM).
