March '25 Traci, the manager, was professional and responded to our inquiries very quickly. I give HER 5 stars. The stay, however is a separate story. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately that the room did not resemble the photos on the website. When I asked, she was apologetic but that started our stay off with a sour taste. (The room photos were the entire reason we chose this location.) The A/C in the room did not work and the rooms remained above 78 degrees. Traci did accommodate us with a different suite which was nice. I did notice that room also did not resemble the photos on the site. Breakfast each morning was delicious.The property was lovely. Recap, Traci was polite and professional. From the jump, I felt misled by not getting the room the website showcased.
