when we first arrived the front desk worker tried very hard to get us into a room for the night, and knew we were going to a concert so he was very quick about everything. he got us checked into the room, and while we were away he replaced our entire air conditioner unit, which was very nice to come back to.

The lobby smelled like a spoiled mop yet the floor was dirty. There were boxes in the lobby by a table stacked high which is unsafe. The third floor laundry shoot was dirty, with a pillow holding the door open, dirty floor and things hanging out of the shoot… for two days … elevator was small, and you had to share it with cleaning staff. Other than that it was decent.

Despite the reservations and paying full money for 2 rooms with double queen beds, when we arrived at 10 PM, we were told there are no rooms available and were sent to a different hotel which had only 2 stars, no AC, infact one of the rooms wasn’t even cleaned. Good room, terrible amenities

Service in the bistro was very poor. $13 breakfast burrito took over 20 minutes to be served. It was overcooked and barely edible. Room wasn't serviced even though the do not disturb sign wasnt on the door. Plus, the bathroom floor was soaked because the shower door wouldn't close.
