Upon arrival to the property I was told someone else had my bedroom. Since it was late already, I was recommended by the host to a relative of hers so I got a bedroom that was not according to what I had paid for this booking. For the second night I moved into the bedroom I had booked initially. I gave them my clothes for laundry and they damaged half by using chlorine on them. Of course they did not take any responsibility and they just told me not to pay the girl who washed them "if I wanted" while looking at each other's faces..
