Very deceiving when booking. You can call it a hotel but more like a motel.

Nice little hotel
Not glitzy but it was fine. Fair rate & walkable to everything I wanted to see (Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music H.O.F, & Broadway. I'll stay there when they build the new stadium.

This was an okay place to stay. We would have spent more for a nicer place; however was really walkable to Broadway which is where we spent most of our time.

Great location, clean room, and friendly staff
The location was great, room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little small, but was great overall. You cant park your own car and have to pay $30 per night for valet parking.

Please help by answering my request
As this was a third party reservation, the hotel informed us that Hotels.com would provide a summary of expenses (i.e. parking charges, etc.) We have been back for five days and have not yet received this summary. How can we get a summary?

Expected better for $300/night
Check-in was a bit rough; I didn’t have the undivided attention of the front desk. She kept talking and joking with her coworkers. Mandatory valet parking $30/night was a lot, yet still cheaper than other hotels in the area. Valet was great, super helpful. Property is old, outdoor motel style corridors and generally run down. Decor appears 20-30 years old. Elevator inside lobby for employee use only; guests had to use the one outside in parking area. Room was clean; housekeeping does a great job but updates desperately required. Bed was awful, frames broken and make a ton of noise, bed wasn’t level and sagged on one side. Uncomfortably hot polyester sheets don’t breathe. Nowhere to sit but the beds if you wanted to watch tv. Bathroom had a sliding barn door that barely slid, and when you could get it moving made a loud grinding noise. Could clearly hear conversations from guests in adjacent room. Glad I brought earbuds to drown out other guests and the traffic noises. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Bar was convenient, bartenders and musicians were the best part of the hotel experience. Decent pizza next door is the only real food option in the immediate area. It’s obvious management/corporate are stingy with maintaining the property while in general the staff does their absolute best. We unfortunately experienced cockroaches in our room on the last night. The big one got away before we could kill/photograph it. Super disconcerting.
Creepy crawly on the ceiling.

Extremely overpriced.
This Hotel is more of a motel. It's very misleading on its website and way,way overpriced. I've paid less then $75 per night for rooms so much better, cleaner and way more spacious. The Bathroom door doesn't even close completely. I was so very disappointed and left a day early.

Great location. Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping did not clean the room. 1 clean bath towel, soap and shampoo was hung on the door. When asked the front desk why they said was our do not disturb in the door. It was not. In fact left the room for the day at 10:15 and housekeeping was right next door cleaning that room. Asked the front desk to bring clean towels. Said we had to come get them. Disappointed! Other than that our stay was good.

Great affordable stay near downtown Nashville
We stayed in a newer room, the space was small but had everything we needed and was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was always well stocked, clean and good, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, bread, English muffins, waffles, coffee, juice, tea, milk. Easy 10 minute walk to Broadway.

2/10 Poor

Property looked fine in the pics, but homeless around property, outside of building is gross, beds are thin, cheap matress. Our group or people (3) rooms all checked out and went and got another hotel. Other hotels in area are actually cheaper than this one and much higher quality. I would not suggest this place to anyone, and I have only left 3 reviews in my life. They wouldn’t give me my money back after walking in and saying we won’t stay. This was also the 1st hotel I have ever left and not stayed at

beware
It was not as advertised, the air conditioner didn't work, and there was a curtain that didn't cover the entire giant window. i checked out within 5 minutes of checking in and found a different hotel.

The hotel looks a little run down from the outside, but the room was very nice. I had a little issue on the first night because a group of people congregated on the outside hallway/patio outside my room from 1am to 2:30am and disturbed my sleep. Also, if they give you the rooms right across from the elevators, ask to be moved. There is lots of noise from the machinery and people at all hours.
