While the location of this hotel is great, the rest of it was not that impressive. Check in was confusing as we did not see any signs telling us to check in or park first. We also did not see that it was $60 per night to park our car, that should be added in from the very beginning. When we were there only 1 elevator worked the majority of them time, eventually 2 started to work but it made for slow times. Breakfast was way below what I thought would be served, make sure you get there before 830 because they start cleaning up then and you are left with hardly anything.
The hotel has turned into a cash free establishment so when you buy a drink or buy snacks you give the room number. This is a disaster. Our card/room was used for over $300, they never checked to see if who stole our information was actually in our room number. This should absolutely be checked- or scan the card from their room. When we talked to the front desk he said he would fix it, it should have never even been a problem. Then after we called the billing line they let us know it happens “all the time” so maybe you should not use the cashless system if you can not check people’s cards.
