I made my Reservation for the Christmas weekend TWO months in advance!
The Reservation department screwed up my reservation and had to contact me MULTIPLE TIMES to get my request for a downstairs room correct! They stated that I requested a handicapped room during multiple calls, which I did not. I just wanted a downstairs room.
I ALSO requested a room AWAY from the freeway due to the extremly loud traffic all day and very late into the morning, every day. My children have been bothered by this many times before.
When I called the morning of the reservation, as instructed by their Management, to CONFIRM that we would get a room away from the freeway, the person I spoke with ASSURED me that issue would "Not Be A Problem!"
When we arrived and checked in, we received a Handicapped room (which I had told them I DID NOT NEED Multiple Times) but...you probably already guessed it...WE WERE IN A ROOM RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREEWAY
