Location very convenient, less than 5min walk from the train station and within walking distance to the shore and the Old town. It looks that flats in an apartment building on various floors were converted into rooms.
There's no reception in traditional sense and most people may get access through e-controlled doors. I had some issues so got to meet the staff in their office and they were helpful.
I got a deluxe suite on the 8th floor and assume it was an upgrade. The room is fairly spacious but some of the facilities don't exactly seem deluxe. It's an ok place to stay - not much more: the two chairs are both plastic and both wobbly, the balcony door can't be securely locked, the linoleum cover in the bathroom doesn't cover the entire floor (and the hole in it is covered by a rug) and the water drainage was making a lot of gurgling noise through evenings and mornings (presumably as water was used in other units).
Overall, the place is in good location, clean and if you don't mind not everything is to the highest standard, it's a feasible option.
