I liked everything about this hotel…It was clean quiet and convenient to basically everything…They gave me the room that I requested when I reserved it…They accommodated me with a microwave bcus the room didn’t come with one…Everybody was really helpful and courteous…I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel…Thanks for everything…It was my birthday weekend and I really enjoyed my stay….I’m from Miami & the next time I visit Naples…This will be my go to hotel…

Pros: Excellent front desk staff. Prompt, courteous, willing to go above & beyond to please you. Property is clean, inside & out. QUIET hotel! Great Bartender on site. Nice pool & hot tub; LOVED the fire pit! Location: Literally right off US41, but it's quiet & a convenient location. Cons: Bed: rock-hard mattresses. If you have any back/knee/hip issues, you will not sleep well. Housekeeping: we stayed for 4 nights. Upon check-in, we requested our room be cleaned daily. It wasn't. We had to chase down staff daily, after 4 p.m., to get it done. Also, they absolutely do not understand English. I had to google for Spanish translations for towels, coffee, etc., then write them down & leave it on the pillow. If not for mattresses & Housekeeping issues, this would be a 5-star property. Again though, once I called Front Desk, they made sure my room got re-stocked/cleaned.
