Pleasant stay
I booked a room on the 6th floor and when I got in I realized the room was missed by house keeping so I asked the front desk if I could get room service and instead they upgraded me to the 12th floor for the inconvenience. The hotel has a whole was beautiful. Very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again.

Never coming back
I arrived late due to a canceled flight. When I arrived, they said they'd given my room away and the clerk inexplicably claimed she was unable to check the reservation system. She had an attitude and refused to help. There were other front desk staff around but no one intervened. Surprise surprise, hotels.com listed they had 2 available rooms. Well I'm from out of state so I booked the room because I needed to stay somewhere. Then I called hotels.com to resolve the situation and get back the $400 they took from me. The manager of the hotel proceded to lie to the hotels.com agent and say I never came to the hotel, on any day of the reservation. Completely ridiculous, will never come back.

Wouldn’t do it again
Room was clean. Several problems; AC/Heat didn’t work properly. Desk chair/bedside lamp both broken. Bathroom lighted mirror didn’t light. Comfy bedding. Also, for a nonsmoking place, I smelled a LOT of weed. And staff ur bar better. 20 minutes for drink, ridiculous. Also, there is very little parking on premises. You basically have to valet($50) or park across the street ($25).

Will not return here
The room was super uncomfortable. From harsh lighting to terrible bedding, nothing about this was good. Way off in an old tower with dirty carpet, it was loud at night with lots of street noise even from the 10th floor. A walk through the conference center to the real lobby and slow elevators. If I had to say a couple good things: the AC worked and it cooled to the temperature we reset and the TP wasn’t the ultra cheap gas station 1-ply. But still really an uncomfortable experience. Also: I booked a queen sized bed and it was most certainly a double, with a bad mattress topper, wrinkly sheets, and it bowed in the middle so it was a constant battle for us to roll up on our own sides. Didn’t have the hair dryer the listing claimed. I’ve been more comfortable in some motels and most AirBnBs.
