Great location, clean, and spacious just need love
Great things about this place: 1. The location of this property is amazing! A short walk to restaurants, stores, and city center. 2. The kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. 3. You receive specific details about how to access the property 4. The area where this place is located is quiet and we felt very safe 5. There is a black binder with tons of info about the place and the area. No so great about this place 1. There is a funky smell in the building 2. The furniture and decoration needs some work. It looks like the owner storage all the furniture they did not want in this place. 3. It may sounds funny, but the shower was a mystery for us because the water simply did not run when you turn the nub. The system is simply way too differentfrom home. Adding more details info about the shower in the black binder would be awesome!

Dean Village apartment
The flat is situated in the heart of historic and picturesque Dean Village. We overlooked the river and despite a steady stream of tourists visiting the location, it was very peaceful and quiet. As well as having the river walk on our doorstep, we were able to walk to many of Edinburgh's attractions. The flat was spacious enough for our party of 3 adults (& a dog) to relax, cook & dine comfortably. It was well-equipped and furnishings were in good condition. The booking process was trouble-free and the staff always answered my queries promptly and in full. Note that if travelling by car there is only (very limited) 4 hr max parking in the neighbourhood. We pre-booked a private space a few minutes walk away which was a slight inconvenience but closer & cheaper than NCP.
