Good location
There is literally a bed and bathroom and a table. So dont expect a fridge, phone, or closet.

Parking and Electronics in Room
One thing to note. Its a mininalist experience which I didnt realize so there is no TV or anything that would plug into the walls except lights for the room. No coffee maker or anything. There is a lounge on the second floor you can use that has all that but you are grouped with other people. Might not be for you. Didnt bother us because we want to get the Charlottetown experience not a hotel experience. Also no parking service or parking at all through Arts Hotel. That being said there is a parkade right beside the building free on weekends and 8.75 on weekdays. Which i thought is better than most hotels if they offered parking.

2/10 Poor

The sound from the its own concert/club is so loud, it’s unlivabel at all. It’s not even from other places that they don’t have control. It’s from its own club which makes it the most terrible

4/10 Fair

The property describes itself as European style, minimalist, no phone or Tv. It lacked many other things, unlike Europe. No bedside light, no place to hanģ wet towels, no hair dryer, no privacy in the bathroom (frosted glass with a hanging barn style door), the door to the corridor was not soundproof at all, and the music from the bar could be heard in our 4th floor room. The coffee machine in the common room was broken. The staff were very nice.
