Unfortunately, my stay at the Hyatt Place was not the best this time around. I am a regular at this location. I have been using this location for the past decade to see my family that is located in the surrounding area.
When I arrived, it took nearly 30-minutes to check in. I will add that I was in a rush and maybe more impatient than usual. I do want to add that the person who checked me was very patient. Appears to have been more of a staffing issue. Upon checking in and entering the room, the charging port did not work. I had to use my laptop’s power to charge my phone overnight. Lastly, the down button on the elevator did not work on the 4th floor. Making me have to lug my bag and suitcase down four flights of stairs. I usually have a pleasant stay at this location, as I’m sure I’ve noted in previous reviews. But this time around was not the best. I hope next time is much better. It may be a good idea to increase room and floor technical checks.
