Nice hotel near St Marks square
Decent breakfast, nice terrace overlooking part of the city, spacious room. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the cooking to operate, so the room was overheating (26c); we opened the windows to cool the room at night. The hotel arranged for a private water taxi pickup from the train station with a drop off directly at the hotel which was a fun way to arrive!

Amazing hotel! Loved the staff, all staff from concierges to breakfast staff, every person was so helpful and informative. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and offered so many fine amenities like roof top lounge, jacuzzi, taxi service from hotel, close to main attractions, nice area of Venice, great bar, and excellent, Michelin rated restaurant, La Caravella on site with all homemade pastas and baked goods. The property was intimate, but crowded at the same time. And we only saw this at breakfast. The concierge, Roberto, helped us out tremendously. He gave us a map and circled places to go and how to get there. His kindness and hospitality was over the top. The food was delicious. We did have dinner in their outdoor dining room and it was delicious. Breakfast was subtending. Service was superb. Highly recommend your stay at this hotel.
