A hotel with little staff service
There are no staff who speak English, and the fire alarm malfunctioned at night, so I was in the lobby on the first floor for about an hour. There was no response from the staff to the situation, and not even an apology. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and they didn't change the towels or clean the room, it was really bad.

The property was very easy to get to was right next to the station. The rooms had a washer which is a plus and worked out very well for our family of six. This hotel was outside, so not a lot of people and was really good for our family. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Osaka.

The hotel was very convenient because it is right next door from a subway station (Sakaisuji Line) and it is a walkable distance from Dontonbori. If you are interested in computer parts or gaming peripherals there are many shops nearby, some notable ones being Tsukumo and PC ONES. The hotel suite is very clean, big and great layout even for big family. The front desk was very helpful and understood and conversed with us in English. I would stay here again if I am in Osaka again.

The room was clean, large and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and can communicate with English. Cafe menu is available at the front desk and you can work in the lobby area as well. The hotel was just a minute walk from the nearest subway station and also has a good access to Namba and Shinsekai. Overall, the stay experience was very nice and I really recommend this hotel when you come to Osaka with your family and close friends !
