My experience at Bally's was great. Love the room that i was staying in. Customer service was excellent. I explore the 8th floor where the Spa, fitness center and pool were at. I just had a great time. Thumps up.

Parking and parking attendants were unhelpful
Everything was good except the fact that there wasn’t a parking spot for my truck, I have a 2021 gmc sierra with a cap and it’s not a raised cap it’s not any higher than the rest of the truck and the hotel, casino resort was far from full and they made me take my truck to another place which was a pain when we got there and when leaving it took about an hour to get out of there for our 6 hour drive. All in all great time

The room was not the the I reserve, they gave me a very old and dirty and outdated room. I didn’t enjoy my stay. The side they gave us was very noisy couldn’t sleep it was very disturbing. Will not go back to ballys again
