A lovely hotel that lives up to it’s five stars.
We selected this hotel based on previous reviews and on its location, which is close to Hamilton. We were not disappointed. It is an excellent hotel. It is small, intimate well maintained with very lovely and friendly service staff. We booked a mini suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable and both myself and husband slept very well. The property has beautiful gardens and lovely porches to relax. It also has very comfortable areas to enjoy their complementary early evening wine hour. The front office staff a particularly a lovely young woman named Jade Gracious and incredibly helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will return.

Amazing Hotel - Highly Recommended
To be honest, this hotel was excellent from the moment of arrival through to checking out. The service of every single staff member was exceptional making my day with every interaction whether it was a greeting in passing or a conversation at breakfast or the reception. One Surprising Blind Spot
The property and grounds are absolutely outstanding. The staff are also exceptionally superior. However, the Food & Beverage service was incongruously inferior — breakfast was same as a Days Inn, happy hour wines were excellent, but served with Doritos and peanuts! Price fixed dinner and cocktails were grossly over-priced. Too bad, otherwise a quite impressive hotel.

The staff at the Royal Palms could not be more pleasant. They were truly gracious and hospitable. My only discontent was that I had to pay for an additional night stay when I shortened my stay, It was my understanding that I paid an additional fee for this consideration, but the staff suggested I bring that to the attention of Expedia.
