Nice and cozy. Was having technical issues so we didn’t get room cards initially, the employee gat it to us the next morning. Walls in the hotel are thin you can hear everything going on outside of your room. Great neighborhood and surroundings.

A perfect weekend get a way .
This is a charming, characteristic 1950’s type Miami , small hotel in beautiful Bal Harbor. Next door is the excellent Palm Restaurant. Everything is walkable, the shops, the beach lots of eateries. The hotel is very clean and the staff are kind and courteous. Highly recommend.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Landon Bay Habour. No amenities (pool, gym, access to places etc) but was perfect for our needs - light breakfast, clean and comfortable room, close to the beach and friends, and friendly staff. (For those who drink wine, theres a wine happy hour!)

This hotel feels more like a run down motel. The staff were nice and accommodating, but this was the worst place I have ever stayed in Miami in terms of facilites, cleanliness, ambiance, and utilities in the room. The shower barely worked and the walls are so thin you can hear even conversations next door. I was up all night because of the loud extracurricular activities of the guests next door. The only positive aspects were the staff and location. Still would not consider a “VIP” hotel at all.
