My stay
This was my first time at Sliding 16 Logde. The room was cozy and quite. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was different because i had to microwave it. Not complaining just saying because its included. However, i would stay here again.

Will do in a pinch
This would be a good "if theres nothing else" kind of accommodation. When I travel alone with my kids,safety is most important, and I dont choose motels for that reason. We were placed in the second building away from all the amenities, which was the only reason this hotel was chosen over others. The hotel was fully booked therefore we were not able to move to another room without an exterior door or to the main building. On top of that, it was a motel style room with an exterior door. This did not make me feel very comfortable therefore slept horribly and woke to every noise outside of our window. When booking your room if this is an issue for you as well Id definitely recommend specifying you want a room without an exterior entrance. The second building and motel type rooms are not mentioned in the description.

I like staying in the main building that has the pool..my last few stays have been in the next building. we were on the bottom floor someone with kids up above could not fall asleep right away kids were noisy and kids arw up by 7 am noisy again...

Not worth the money charged. Well kept property under new ownership. Bit of a faded beauty of a time past. Room absolutely stank of stale cigarette smoke from years past (I am allergic). It was trying to impress me but I think the crime scene tape in the back and the cost just really made it evident that I should stay in another town.

There are two buildings with rooms. We stayed in the older section but it was very clean and beds were comfortable. Had to walk across the parking lot to the main building for the breakfast. Breakfast had a nice assortment of food. One thing to note was that the eggs and sausage had to be warmed up in the microwave. It’s presented cold on ice and you choose what you want then put it in microwave. Worked fine but wasn’t expecting that piece. Would stay there again.

This property was very inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable everything was. We stayed here after a concert in Edmonton and it was the perfect distance to come off our hype from the concert and be ready for bed. Breakfast the next day was included and had great options.
