The electric outlet are loose, lamp bulbs are not working. I requested an upper level floor and they said they don't have it. The customer service refused to accommodate, I have to go back to the lobby and ask for a bulb. Very inconvenient.

staff was truly helpful. i checked in early and when i got to my room they hadn't finished cleaning so i was going to go find a place to eat. the front desk gentleman came running out to my car and apologized and changed my room to one that was ready. he also came up anf adjusted my tv ..it was quiet, clean and convenient.

Clean and well-kept hotel near the NRG stadium. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast was good. The AC is a bit loud so can be hard if you’re a light sleeper. Maybe better to keep the living area one on and the door open a bit.

Nice and convenient
We were there for my husband to have lasik. The hotel was convenient. I don’t care to drive much in Houston so the fact there were food places in walking distance was a plus. After his surgery I was able to get us food. Our room was right by the pool and there were some kids screaming pretty rediculously. Not the hotels fault but there are a lot of surgery/cancer patients at this hotel. Parents should be sure their children are aware and have more respect to not be screaming like that. The eggs at breakfast were not very good. No flavor. So that was disappointing. Other than that, the stay was good. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Great experience and great location!
Loved it!! I’m receiving chemo from a hospital right down the road and it was very relaxing and clean. The room was nice and spacious, not to mention very clean. I will definitely be using this location for all my future appointments, the location is great I was 6 mins from ST Luke’s and for the people using MD Anderson it is about the same amount of distance. I would recommend this location to anyone receiving treatment from any of the cancer hospitals in the medical center.

Avoid this hotel unless you like backaches
The man at the front desk had a threatening attitude about if we left our vehicle during the football game he would have us towed. I’m not too sure how he would know it was us seeing how they do not ask for license plate numbers. Front desk man was not friendly. The beds are the worst hotel beds we have slept in. Parking is terrible and if you have a pickup good luck to you. We will pay twice as much next time but will not return to this property.
