At arrival our room wasn't very clean and bed sheets werent changed, i brought this to their attention and they gave us another room which was much better, the veiw was great, parking was an issue the whole time but we made due and it was good enough that we would come back here again

Only book for the view
View was awesome. Beds and bathroom were clean. The rest...not so great. Broken elevator, broken air conditioning, fuzzy tv signal, dirty floors, constant smell of pot on balcony- they have a no smoking policy but dont enforce it. No trash can in the room. But the view and proximity to the beach and price...I have no regrets.

Well Hotels had it rated as a 10, the price was fantastic, the location beautiful. The rooms view and closeness to the beach were marvelous, parking was great. The room was a disappointment panel missing on ceiling, water just warm, bedding, pillows, mattress, and furniture plus curtains all old and not nice. Pool and elevator were not working. None of the doors would close correctly. But can't beat the location right between Senior frogs and Sharkys.the beach was beautiful

Bed Bugs
We arrived and found bed bugs in our room. Staff was prompt in getting us a new room that just so happened to be adjacent so it had bed bugs too. Staff was friendly and helpful in refunding and resolving my issue but the hotel itself is in poor condition, no working elevator and the office is closed so you have to work with a hotel down the street.

Great place to stay if you plan to be minimal amenities.. pool is great beach in the back. Sharky restaurant and bar next door parking lot is shared with restaurant. Inside no bugs but the beds have lots of miles of use on them..ample space to accommodate a family traveling for extended stays..live music next door at the senor frogs so your not going to bed early might as well join the fun..interior is minimalistic at best no bugs at least I didn’t see any..budget friendly at the right price depending on time of season..great stay

The 5 year old said he gives this place a 10 out of 10 and 20 stars! ;) we will definitely be back! Staff was great, the view is amazing and you literally walk right onto the beach. Plenty to do around the hotel and close by.

Wonderful view and location
The woman at the front desk, Tiffany, was very nice upon arrival and allowed for early check in with no problem because the room was ready. We appreciated that. The was wonderful. Location is fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable, although the bathtub was needing a repair or upgrade (not a big deal though). Would stay there again.
