Expected more. Pics of rooms are nice but it’s a different story upon arrival. Dirty bathroom with kinky hair all over the floor. Air conditioning didn’t work, elevator didn’t work, you can hear kids screaming and laughing from room 246. If you arrive too late there is no parking space available.

Good hotel to stay
Safi Hotel has 3 locations and I have stayed several times in the first one that has being my favorite. The one I stayed gave me a little headache because I booked king bed and was not available. Internet in the first night was a nightmare because I called 4 time the service and it took o we an hour to send someone that did not fix the problem. The bedroom had a horrible smell. The second day in the morning I spoke with a front desk supervisor Kris’s and she change my room and I had a perfect stay after that. She was very kind.

The room was clean and average for the price, however the service at the restaurant was horrible, the waiter that served us was rude and never asked us if we needed refills. It’s a buffet, all waiters serve is drinks, and he wasn’t able to do that.. Plus when we finally asked him for drinks he gave us attitude….

Almost everything was great. I had a charge show up on my credit card for 420 pesos. When I spoke to hotel staff, they showed nothing on my account. I had to have a dispute filed with my credit card company. Not sure if it was their fault but hate to have to deal with.

Arrived late at night and I perceived a bad smell, I was so tired and went to bed immediately, in the morning I noticed that the ceiling was covered in mold, the room was in terrible condition overall and dirty, hair in the shower, dust all over, I requested a change of room and they told me I had to pay extra, for the “same type of room”. I told them that I was leaving the hotel, and preferred loosing the money I already paid and just moved to another property. Finally they agreed to move me to another room that at least had no mold in it.
