The square footage of the condo was amazing! Nice big rooms, very clean, high end appliances and furnishings. Property amenities very nice! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Royal sea cliff was just amazing- from the lovely staff who helped us at every step- waiting for us even though we arrived late- no fault of ours as our flight was delayed by 3 hours and ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! Kilani on the front desk was especially helpful from that night till the day we left when we had left something in the apartment and she helped retrieve it!

Beautiful views of the lava rock shore and the sunsets over the ocean were priceless. Short walk along the shore to Kailua-Kona and most of the tours picked me up directly from the hotel lobby. Really convenient and would definitely recommend staying here again.
