Lot of noise after hours, rooms not clean/vacuumed, bed was decent. Too much activities going on outside, people coming and going on all odd hours.

The hotel is in a very bad drug dealing area. Even cab companies avoid coming here. It took 7 cabs going by until the 7th finally stopped to get us to the airport. The place is very dirty, many thing’s broken or missing. The staff lies. They advertise free shuttle to and from the train station and airport. They do not have a shuttle service at all. I only booked this after talking to them directly verifying that they would pick us up and drop us off. After booking I checked 2 more times and they again verified that they would pick us up and drop us off. When we arrived they refused to pick us up. In the morning they refused to take us to the airport. Smoke detector missing from room. Open wires sticking out under desk. Fan had no cover. Heater couldn’t be shut off and we couldn’t cool the room below 80+ degrees. It was a scarey and miserable night.

Drug den, not hotel
It’s a place for drugs and drug dealers! Literally everyone was on drugs, smoking cigarettes in the lobby, and prostitutes were hanging around, we didn’t stay and ended up sleeping in our truck rather than risk staying 1 night. Do not stay here!!

Arriving at night, the place was very sketchy with many derelicts running in and out. And then to find out that despite a reservation through hotels.com, they had no room for us!

Poor service and communication from hotel.com
I'm a little pissed off at the hotel.com I scheduled me a room I get there Show my itinerary and they said that I did not exist that they told you that the room was canceled they had no more openings I paid money for this room and I could not get it I will have my lawyer check into this And straighten this mess out But I will never use hotel.com again because they misled me And they charged my credit card Without notifying me that they were notified of the problem And I will make sure that I put it On the media about hotel.com and what they've done and show transcripts And also the messages I got from the hotel when I was in there talking to him because I recorded it and it went into a text message So I will make sure that the people in the United States and all overreads this And understands that hotel.com Is not a good Business to do dealings with

Arrive at 5pm tried several times over 3 hours to check in no staff would answer door. they would not answer their phone .the place had several hookers in parking lot and drug deals were going on. Could not check in. No staff

Without a doubt, this is the worst place I've ever been to. Had a bad feeling as soon as my Uber driver dropped me off, at around 8 pm. As I walked into the reception desk, the smell to marihuana knocked me down. Then my room, dirty and in a terrible condition. Again, the smell to marihuana. After a shower, I gave it a try to sleeping, being even afraid of touching the bed. At about 4 am someone clearly drunk was knocking on my door. The person left, but at that moment I decided to book me another hotel for my remaining two days stay, and left at around 5:30 am. If anything, I appreciate the property only charging me for one night.

This place stole my money. Tried to check in at 5pm and no one would answer the door...tried later and no one would answer door...could not check in tried for 2 hours..... parking lot was full of hookers and drug dealers..nasty area of town.. dont trust the place or the owner.

There was cereal on the floor from a previous occupant. There were no towels. The bedding was dingy and torn. The windows didn't lock. Considering the price for hotels in the area, it was probably accurately priced but there was definitely some information left out of the description that should have been included.

It was a place for hooker and drug sales. We did not stay because they didn’t have a clean room at 9 pm. The sink was leaking and the hookers were looking for a John.

DONT GO HERE. This is a dump used by prostitutes. Floors sticky, rugs dirty, curtains and bedspreads torn; toilet had a cigarette butt and hair in it. Sheets stained but clean, I hoped. No bedbugs, anyway. I stayed 1 night because it's close to the airport, I had an early plane and it was cheaper than decent airport hotels--and they already had my money. If I'd gotten in earlier I would have made a fast exit. My Uber driver told me that there are several fleabags like this in close proximity, just blocks away from decent airport hotels. Stick with quality brand names in that vicinity.

PROPERTY TOLD ME EXPEDIA HAD OVERBOOKED THEM, AND SINCE I ARRIVED LATE, NO ROOMS LEFT. CALLED 15 OTHER HOTELS, NO ROOMS, HAD TO SLEEP IN CAR. BOOKED 19TH ELSEWHERE AT CONSIDERABLE EXTRA EXPENSE. WAS ALSO BOOKED IN FOR NIGHT OF 22/7. DID STAY ON THIS OCCASION. AREA SEEMS SO UNSAFE YOU HAVE TO BUZZ-IN ON CAMERA TO GAIN ENTRY. NOTICE AT DOOR ABOUT ROOM 'GUESTS' STAYING OVER 20 MINUTES WOULD BE CHARGED EXTRA, IMPLIES THE PLACE IS USED BY LADIES OF THE NIGHT. STICKY FILTHY CARPET, MATRESSES PROPPED UP ON CORRIDOR WALLS. SO CHEAP THE CORRIDOR LIGHTS ONLY CAME ON ON MOTION SENSORS. BARRICADED MYSELF IN THE ROOM. BEDSHEET APPEARED CLEAN BUT BLACK MARKS AND STAINS. NO UPPER SHEET ONLY A BLANKET CLEARLY NOT FRESH. SLEPT IN MY CLOTHES!! BATHROOM OK WITH HOT WATER BUT TILE 'STICKY' TO MY SHOES (WHICH I NEVER TOOK OFF). I KNOW IT WAS ALASKA HIGH SEASON, THIS FOR significantly lower price than known chains, I UNDERSTAND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, HOWEVER THERE ARE BASIC STANDARDS. THINK I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO SLEEP IN CAR AGAIN! ALSO THE OVERBOOKED EXPERIENCE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM EXPEDIA. WILL BE CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A RESOLUTION.
