Quality inn in Rawlins
The beds were uncomfortable, and I didn't like the color variation. The breakfast had very little variety.

Do Not Stay Here
Checked out within hours of checking in. This place is sketchy and not safe. Staff was unresponsive to safety concerns.

Cigarette smell
It was pretty low quality. The whole hotel smells of old cigarettes being covered up by cleaner. The beds were not very comfortable. We tried calling to the front desk and no one ever answered on multiple calls. The rooms are old the door to the bathroom was stuck halfway open and a half way closed. The breakfast was ok though.

Loved the management and they are fixing up the property! I saw a spot in a hallway where water was dripping on the carpet, and let them know. Within 5 min they had a maintenance guy working on it. I also got to speak with the property manager who thanked me and apologized for the issue. I had a good conversation with him and thanked him for the prompt response! I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

Hotel was an older refurbished place. The doors were very tight, to the point that you had to put your shoulder in to it to open it up. The bed was too hard for my liking. The A/C did work great. The breakfast was ok, not anything special, although we saw people pull in off the street, and came in and ate. One guy came in from the street, filled a plate, and took it out to his car, then brought his coffee jug in to fill up. Pretty crazy!

This hotel is so old and out of date. Needs a lot to receive more than a two star review

This hotel is extremely inaccessible. We have a disabled child and are traveling with two cats and several suitcases. We got put in the first floor, which you have to either use stairs to get to or, try to use a ramp that is broken and jagged. My parents room had a random stove in it that didn’t have a hood and also didn’t close all the way. The luggage carts are bigger than the front doors so it was very hard to unload and load. I also asked to pay the pet fee on a different card, handed them the card and they still charged the card on file instead of the one I handed them. Additionally they will automatically charge you at 4pm even if you haven’t made it in yet. I had wanted to pay with a different card and Expedia wouldn’t let me change it they told me the hotel would just let me give them a different card when I arrived. But the hotel charged me after 4pm. The rooms also smelt stale like they hadn’t been opened in a month. And there was no screen on our window so we could not open it,
