Breakfast and service disappointing
The hotel was fine but the service was disappointing. I used the public restroom 3 times during our stay and reported that the hand soap dispenser was empty each time but it was never fixed. I had to stop by the front desk twice in an hour during breakfast hour and attendant was outside smoking with a man, who appeared to be visiting her while she was working, instead of at the desk. The breakfast attendant was sitting having coffee with this same man when we reported that all of the “hot” food was cold. She checked on it and the chafing dishes on the hot buffet were all OFF and the food was cold. We had to take our plates of food to either our room or to the front desk to have it warmed up in the microwave. The coffee in the dispenser was lukewarm so back to the front desk to use the microwave. This was very disappointing and not a great way to start the day.
