Best hotel for a stop on the way to Florida.
I always stay in this hotel when I drive from New Jersey to Florida. It is the perfect hotel right off I-95 and has a very safe parking lot. Also the front desk staff and cafeteria people are always extremely nice and top-notch. I have stayed at this hotel now three or four times and will most definitely be staying here again.

Hilton image
No heat in room. Receptionist gave maintenance wrong room number. He was angry and said customers were assholds. My husband asked him if he was an asshold and he said no. The staff needs training. They represent the image of Hilton. She was pleasant but made several mistakes with checking people in for I was at the front desk requesting help as my Hilton app would not work. I couldn’t make my app work and had to use Hotels. Com to book my room. We book Hampton most of the time, and this was the worse experience we’ve ever had. The maintenance person ended up being nice and helpful for we had to change rooms. As a business owner, I can’t stress training.,

It was an okay stay, the room was clean but the air quality was terrible, we woke up so congested and my eyes were so red from irritants it looked like I’d been crying for 6 hours. The curtains didn’t shut fully and we had a room that overlooked the entrance so it was hard to sleep with all the light coming in. The room also had poor humidity control so everything felt damp. Beds were below average comfort and the pillows were well-used down pillows with little fluff left. Overall, I wouldn’t choose them again for the price but it did the job.

Awful experience
Hotel was run down. Our first room had pieces of the ceiling hanging over the beds. Our second room had an air conditioner that wasn't working. Hotel was booked for the night. Our only orher option was to leave. After driving over 12 hours, we did not want to look for a hotel that had availability and allowed pets. All hotels.com did was offer a $25 credit I have yet to see.

Incredibly pricey for this area compared to other hotels. The room was so humid that the sheets and floor were wet. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. We needed a convenient place to sleep for a few hours on a road trip, which it served that basic purpose but overall was not worth the cost. I also used ~$50 in Expedia rewards toward the cost and it still felt overpriced for the quality. If you are a Hilton honors member with a higher tier, they also do no honor any of the benefits (e.g. bottled water)
