Good central resort. Good for kids and families. Overall a positive experience and would stay again. The mattresses in our room could use an update.

8/10 Very good

Clean place and convenient close by a supermarket (Soriana) a short walk or drive with local transit to the Malicon. Many of the staff can't speak English but manageable. Grea place if working with a budget.

Great resort. But the outdoor restaurant was noisy and not to clean. But the ocean view room was nice.

Comfortable and relaxing.

Went for a few days with my wife and 2 daughters. Staff were amazing, especially the manager Gabriel, server Inez and bartender Jesus. Suite was roomy and comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was great.
Jonathan, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel room was modestly decorated, but was clean and spacious. The view was magnificent. The staff was great. The only thing we didn’t like was the all-inclusive situation. We were forced to wear a bright pink wristband, and they wouldn’t let us on the property if we didn’t have it. The only food that was available all day was a small snack bar and everything looked barely edible. The breakfast didn’t look too good and we were never around for the other scheduled meal times so I can’t review that.
Steven, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

The property is alright but the food is boring. Day after day it remains the same. The noise for sleeping is horrendous… woken up many early mornings by car alarms going off that sounded like they were in our room.
Wendy Joanne, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

Every thing was clean, the staff was friendly,
Maria Elba Morfin, 6-night trip

4/10 Fair

This was very unorganized for starter , only three people in the whole resort spoke any English and it was hard to understand, there was one fantastic waiter named Jesus very helpful and polite and try to make us feel comfortable, when we tried to ask for different thing no one understood us , the toilet broke on the second last day and they did nothing about it , very poor recommendation to this resort .

Everything was what we expected for our family vacation. Staff were great and helped us out for what ever we needed.
Alejandro, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

Travelled here from Canada, 1 week with family of 5. 3 kids. If you don’t speak Spanish, this resort is not for you!! Got a great deal, but you also get what you pay for . I mean the staff and grounds are good.. What we did like: It was quiet , great view of ocean and canal with crocodile, 2 bed and 2 bath room, worked well for us. Also 10 min from melocone, so that was handy. What we didn’t like: This is definitely a 3 star, low budget resort, small low key. Breakfast was ok, you can’t mess up eggs, but the lunch and dinner was not good. Stained towels and furniture kinda deal. So I think the communication was the hardest for us. We won’t be back , that’s for sure
juliet, 7-night trip

This property was very dirty, and no staff to clean things up. I have never been more disgusted with food in a resort.. i am not general picky. But could you server food hot? I am not exaggerating when i say the food in the bufett was cold right out of a fridge. Any complaint was met with ignorance or just plain pretend to not understand you. Never again, and we have stayed here many times over the years.
Wolter, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

Cleaning staff was terrible. They took our towels and never replaced them. We always had to phone down for fresh ones. Never ever replaced our bottled water in our room, we had to buy it. The furniture was broken, couch you couldn’t sit on, afraid it would collapse, drawers in bedroom wouldn’t open up. Pillows were lumpy. Are floors weren’t swept. Toilet seats were awful, didn’t fit properly, they pinched your ass every time. The waiters and waitresses were the only good thing.
Mary, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nothing special but ok, good location
